Inari is the cultural seat of the Sámi parliament (Sajos) and home to Siida, the museum that explains everything you didn't know about Sápmi. The "nightlife" here is cultural: Skábmagovat indigenous film festival in January, Ijahis Idja Sámi music festival in August, and a handful of bars that mostly serve dinners. Don't come for clubs. Come for cold lake water, joik concerts and a sky that goes black at 14:00 in December.
